Please be advised before making your reservations

• Being a small venue, our largest reservation size is for 6 people (private dining room)
• Twenty Seats is not suitable for large groups or functions
• By offering a single tasting menu of 10 courses, Twenty Seats is unfortunately not recommended for children under 12 years of age, all seats reserved will have the full menu, and no kids meal is offered
• Seats are limited, and we do not accept tables of 1.
• Bookings can be made online only or requested by email if dates are open (we do not take bookings over the phone or on social media)
• On the 1st of each month at 10 am, we will open bookings for the following month.

Allergies and dietary

• Because we operate in a very small place, severe allergies may not be able to be catered for. Any wish to changes or alterations to the menu due to dietary requirements must have been confirmed by us at least 48 hours before your booking. Unfortunately,  we will not be able to make any changes without notice.
• We will do our best to cater for everyone. However, we are not able to cater for: Vegan, Dairy free, Anaphylactic allergies, Garlic and Onion free, Sugar-free and FODMAP diets.
• Vegetarian menu cannot be made gluten-free.
• Please contact us to discuss dietaries if you are unsure before making your booking.

Cancellations Policy

• We require a credit card pre-authorisation of $150 per person, and no money will be debited from your card when making the booking. However, if you cancel, no show or numbers drop within 72 hours of your booking, a cancellation fee ($150 per person) will be taken.
• This is not our priority to charge a cancellation fee, and this time frame will allow us to rebook the table. If our waiting list can refill last-minute cancellations, we will refund the cancellation fee.

Private room

• For dinner, our private room is now available for 5 to 6 people only with a minimum spend of $1000. If numbers decrease, minimum spending still applies. Please have a read to our terms and conditions when making your booking.
• For lunch, our private room is available for 4 to 6 people with no minimum spend.
